Cover with cold water by 1 to 2 inches. Bring to a full boil, turn heat to medium and boil for 9 minutes. Remove from heat. Place eggs into an ice bath for 3 minutes. Remove eggs. Tap the egg and\/or roll it on a flat surface to crack the shell. Peel the eggs. Run under cool water to release any shell clinging to the white.Nutrition FactsCalories 40Total Fat 1.5 gramsSaturated Fat 0 gramsPolyunsaturated Fat 0 gramsMonounsaturated Fat 0.5 gramsCholesterol 8 milligramsSodium 68 milligramsCarbohydrates 2 gramsFiber 1 gramSugars 1 gramProtein 6 gramLearn more about eating healthy and taking care of your heart.
